Description

The inner layer of the copper composite pipe is a seamless pure copper pipe, and the water is completely in contact with the copper pipe, and the performance is equivalent to that of a copper water pipe. The outer layer of the copper composite pipe is PPR, which maintains the hot-melt and water-proof properties of the PPR pipe.
The seamless red copper tube is made by extruding and drawing a whole solid copper tube. Compared with copper welded pipes, it has better ductility and stronger compression resistance.
In order to achieve full copper contact with water, Jiusheng designed and developed a built-in copper ring at the pipe joint to isolate the plastic (PPR) from contact with water and avoid the harm of plasticizers.
The copper parts are tightly wrapped with the plastic parts and never seep water. The copper elbow not only realizes the water flow of all copper, but also avoids excessive screwing force during installation, which causes water leakage due to the separation of copper and plastic.

Advantage

1. Using 99.9% pure copper and all imported PPR raw materials, the water pipe is opaque and has a sterilization effect. Due to the use of socket-type hot-melt connection technology, the joints are completely integrated into one body, and the installation applicability is strong.
2. The pipeline can provide the greatest safety guarantee. The overall piping system (after the water pipes and pipe fittings are connected by hot melt) has been tested to withstand pressure exceeding 16MPa, which is higher than the pressure resistance requirements of construction water pipes.
3. The inner copper tube has a sterilizing effect. In the antibacterial performance test, the 24-hour sterilization rate is >99%, which is not available for water pipes of other materials.
4. Because the outer layer of PP-R completely isolates the copper pipe from the outside world, so that it does not come in contact with other building materials and air, and prevents corrosion and oxidation of the pipeline by external corrosive gases and substances. It will not cause corrosion of the pipe wall and cause water leakage in the water pipe.
